Kuldīgas novada pašvaldība elektroniskā izsolē izsolīs nomas tiesības bez apbūves tiesībām uz nekustamā īpašuma Bānīša iela 12, Skrunda, Kuldīgas novads, zemes vienības ar kadastra apzīmējumu 62090020166 daļa, platība 11135 m2.
Nomas tiesības tiek izsolītas bez apbūves tiesībām, izmantošanai Skrundas novada teritorijas plānojumā noteiktajai atļautajai izmantošanai, izņemot saules paneļu uzstādīšana un atjaunojamās saules elektroenerģijas ražošana.
Nomas līguma termiņš – 1 (viens) gads no līguma noslēgšanas dienas. Ja nomnieks ir pildījis nomas līguma nosacījumus, nomas līguma termiņu ir iespējams pagarināt vēl uz vienu termiņu, ar viena termiņa ilgumu 6 gadi.
Izsoles nosacītā cena (sākumcena) sastāda 2115,65 EUR gadā, neskaitot pievienotās vērtības nodokli, drošības nauda 211,57 EUR, izsoles solis 50 EUR, reģistrācijas maksa 10,00 EUR. Papildus nomas maksai maksājams nekustamā īpašuma nodoklis un pievienotās vērtības nodoklis, kā arī sedzamas vērtējuma izmaksas – 204,49 EUR (iekļauts PVN).
Izsole sākas elektronisko izsoļu vietnē https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv 2026. gada 23. martā plkst. 13:00 un noslēdzas 2026. gada 13. aprīlī plkst. 13:00.
Personai, kura vēlas piedalīties izsolē, līdz 2026. gada 2. aprīļa plkst. 23:59, jāiemaksā Kuldīgas novada pašvaldības pamatbudžeta kontā: Kuldīgas novada pašvaldība, reģ. Lease rights are being auctioned without construction rights; for use for the permitted use specified in the Skrunda municipality spatial plan, except for the installation of solar panels and the production of renewable solar electricity.
The term of the lease agreement is 1 (one) year from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the lessee has fulfilled the terms of the lease agreement, the term of the lease agreement can be extended for another term, with the duration of one term being 6 years.
The conditional price (starting price) of the auction is 2115.65 EUR per year, excluding value added tax, security deposit 211.57 EUR, auction step 50 EUR, registration fee 10.00 EUR. In addition to the rental fee, real estate tax and value added tax are payable, as well as assessment costs – 204.49 EUR (including VAT).
The auction begins on the electronic auction website https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv on March 23, 2026 at 13:00 and ends on April 13, 2026 at 13:00.
A person who wishes to participate in the auction must pay to the Kuldīga Municipality’s basic budget account by April 2, 2026 at 23:59: Kuldīga Municipality, Reg.
